Afterlife events are where the community comes together for unforgettable moments beyond everyday survival. From scavenger hunts and team challenges to PvP competitions and unique community games, there's always something new happening in Afterlife.

Event Challenge Explained
Season 10 Event Challenge is basically a season-long competition where players earn points by participating in Afterlife events.
As we hold Events on Saturday and Weds evenings, there are lots of opportunities to earn points, so the leaderboard can change constantly.
One week before wipe, the top two players will qualify for a special dungeon challenge. The top two players on the season 10 leaderboard will each choose two teammates to join them, creating two teams of three. The teams will enter a specially designed dungeon and race against the clock, battling through challenges, traps, and whatever else we throw at them.

How do I sign up?
Watch DISCORD! On Tuesday evenings (est) Rachel will announce what Wednesday's event will be, where to be, and when. Just show up! On Saturdays, we have been doing Team Scavenger hunts this wipe. For this... also watch discord. For this event, since it requires admins to set the eventup - you will have to sign up. This is as simple as liking the weekly posy in #scavenger-hunt on discord!

AFTERLIFE EVENTS
SCAVENGER HUNT
EVERY SATURDAY
Afterlife Scavenger Hunt is one of our most popular community events, bringing players together for a night of teamwork, competition, and chaos. Before each event, an admin creates teams of four, with each team receiving their own team base stocked with food, medical supplies, and basic gear to help them get started. All teams receive a checklist of things to collect or accomplish within 60 or 90 minutes.
To play, you show up naked and ready for adventure. You also need to be in discord, althought you CAN keep your mic muted the entire time. From there, your team works together to complete challenges, collect items, and earn rewards while creating some of the most memorable moments in the Afterlife community. Also, the prizes are pretty damn good, and no one walks away empty handed.

SPLEEF
One day, in our suggestions channel on Discord, a player (the lovely and wonderful Tam) put up a suggestion, "Can we have a spleef event?" To be perfectly honest, Rachel had no idea what that was. But, CultKing666 did.... there WAS an issue - but luckily, we have Seven - the coder and owner of Afterlife. Tam had the suggestion, CultKing666 built the arena, Seven made it possible, and Rachel runs the event! (Basically, she yells at people to stop shooting at the glass when they are out.) So, a team effort.
Get ready to test your reflexes, and ability to betray your friends! Afterlife Zombies Spleef has players on three layers of glass, where the goal is simple: break the blocks beneath your opponents and be the last player standing. Dodge, shoot, and outsmart everyone around you as the arena slowly disappears beneath your feet. No zombies required... just chaos, strategy, and a little bit of friendly destruction!
HUNGER GAMES
Afterlife Hunger Games brings competitive survival to the arena in one of our most intense community events. Players enter completely naked with empty bags inside a large, enclosed PvP arena designed specifically for the event. Each arena changes with every seed, keeping the experience fresh and unpredictable every time.
To keep the competition fair, the system automatically sets every player's health and stamina to the same level, ensuring victory comes down to skill, strategy, and decision-making—not progression or gear.
With no equipment and limited resources, every choice matters. Search for supplies, gear up, outsmart your opponents, and fight your way to the end. Will you rush into battle, play it safe, or make a risky move for the best loot?

HIDE &
SEEK
Afterlife Hide & Seek puts a unique survival twist on a classic game. All players begin together at the same trader, while an admin hides somewhere in a designated POI in the connected town.
Your mission: track them down before the player next to you does.
Throughout the event, clues are released in chat to help survivors narrow down the location. Go it alone or work together, follow the hints, search the area, and see if you or your team can find the hidden admin before anyone else.
With every event bringing new hiding spots, new clues, and plenty of chaos, Afterlife Hide & Seek creates some of the most memorable community moments on the server.
TRIVIA
NIGHT
Afterlife Trivia is a fun community event that puts your knowledge, speed, and random collection of facts to the test. Players compete by answering questions across a variety of topics, earning points, bragging rights, and sometimes special rewards (it's cheese, usually. But sometimes we line up a bunch of crates and when you get a correct answer - you pick a crate).
From 7 Days to Die knowledge to completely unexpected categories, Trivia Night is a chance to take a break from survival, hang out with the community, and discover who has the useless knowledge that somehow becomes incredibly valuable.
CAPTURE
THE FLAG
Afterlife Capture the "Flag" brings teamwork, strategy, and friendly competition to the battlefield. Teams face off in a dedicated arena with one goal: protect your own flag while working together to capture the opposing team's flag.
Success requires more than just firepower—you'll need communication, planning, and the ability to adapt as the battle changes. Defend your base, coordinate attacks, and work with your teammates to secure the win.
Whether you're leading the charge, defending your territory, or sneaking behind enemy lines, Capture the Flag delivers fast-paced action and unforgettable community moments.
*Not in 3.0 - it will be returning though.
BUILD
BATTLE
Afterlife Building Contests give survivors a chance to showcase their creativity, imagination, and building skills. Players are given a theme or challenge and compete to create unique structures, bases, and designs that stand out from the rest.
From impressive survival bases to creative works of art, these contests celebrate the builders who bring the Afterlife world to life. Whether you're a master architect or just love creating something new, everyone is welcome to participate.
